As i have mentioned recently, I am working on a pub table for a customer. It has a 48 inch diameter top & i need to make a round apron for it with a 26 inch radius, I thought i would laminate 6 – 1/8 inch thick x 36 inch long strips of red oak (or possibly wenge) making the apron in 4 sections. My question is what radius to make the forms to bend the apron around taking into account spring back. Can any one tell me? Thanx again.

I wouldn't consider the spring back. The curved apron will be held into the desired radius by the attachment to the underside of the top. All conventional top to apron methods will work.
Don
Your 26 inch radius is not right for the 48 inch diameter. the radius is 1/2 the diameter.
If you want your out side of the skirt to be flush with the top, the out side needs to to be a 24 inch radius the inside needs to have a 22 3/4 inches radius.
The out circumference for 48 inch diameter is 150.796 inches
Thanx, I realized I didn't have the #'s right on, I hadn't decided on the final placement of the apron. Thanx Again!!!
