That sounds like it may fall into the "too good to be true" category, but let's see what others have to say.

If you get a giant blank cyber-stare, that should tell you what you need to know.

"...a giant blank cyber-stare..." ...I like that! Hope you don't mind if I quote you sometime.
Not at all!forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
OK, maybe my allergies have got me, but I don't get it. "If get a giant blank cyber-stare, that should tell you what you need to know" Sorry, I need an explanation. (Mama always said I wuz dumb).John
Well, I see I left the subject of the sentence out. It should have read:
"If you get a giant blank cyber-stare, that should tell you what you need to know."
Meaning, well.....awwwww, jeez, do you really not get it?? He wants to know if we "have any knowledge" about this line of eBay marketed Chinese tools. The answer, as evidenced so far, seems to be "Uhhhhhhhh, nope." I would add "And don't feel any need to either" LOL! forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
Thank you, for clearing that up. I am struggling with allergies and in my fog, somethings are just not clear.Sheepishly,John
My regimen is Claritin (AllerClear generic from Costco) and Singulair. Although Singulair was developed as an asthma med, it has positive effects on general allergy symptoms! I didn't have anywhere near the severity of being foggy and zoned out as I did last year.

Right now I am taking anywhere from double to triple the recommended Claritin-D, and a variety of other stuff at night. The antihistamines are the worst. They are OK, if I can sleep, but if I can't, then I'm up and half out of my mind. (Although that's not all that different from my usual self) I can almost take my eyes bugging me, but the throat and sneezing is what puts me over the edge. The other night I was in the grocery store, looking to stock up and I take my "meds" up to the register and I am told that they can only sell me one package at a time. Puzzled and aggravated, I ask why. I am told that there are people who "misuse" the product. So I point out that I am NOT cooking Meth, I don't have a carriage full of Sudafed, so what is the deal? State law. OK. I can leave the grocery store, go buy 5 gallons of Vodka, stop by Kmart and pick up a 12 gauge, but I can't buy TWO packages of Claritin? The ringer was looking a little concerned at this point, but muttered "yes". Welcome to CT, home of the free.JohnSorry to rant. When will global warming finally kill off all of the plants? Go Exxon!Ok, I'll stop now.............................I think........................
Oh my......!!
OK, yep the decongestant thing is a pain. Dumb law. Won't go there, LOL.
Singulair is a prescription med. Works by blocking leukotrine receptors. The binding of leukotrines to cells causes inflammation, and shows up as such ugly conditions as rhinitis (that's you, dude) or asthma. Here's a good explanation.
If you're having to take that much antihistamine/decongestant, seems like it'd be a good idea to try something different. Probably not good for you over the long haul?forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
Dear FG,
Oh, so now I'm a rhinitis! No, I appreciate it. I should probably go the a Dr. and be tested and all that. Most of my excuses are money and time, not enough of each. If I suffered more consistently, I would be more inclined to see the Dr. , but this year seems pretty hit or miss. It has been a cold, rainy spring here so far. The days it rains, I feel pretty good, but when it clears, Oh Boy! I know you're right, my bride is right, you women folk are always RIGHT! But I am male, I don't ask directions and I don't go to the Dr.'s. (Yet!)Thanks Again,John
I'll try to control myself. Thanks for the tip about. Singulair, I'll see if I can find it. ONE. Because they won't sell me two! Did I mention that? Ok, that's it........mabe..................Thanks again,John
