Everything I see in the photos, and the price, suggest that the saws are Asian made. The saw looks like a fairly generic copy of a Unisaw or Powermatic.
The quality of the components and the fit and finish may be better or worse than average, but that is true for any imported machine, it strictly depends on the company's attention to quality control.
I have never heard of Extrema before, I'll mention the company to the editors here at Fine Woodworking, we'll probably take a look at the saws at some point.

No where on the Extrema website, at least that I could find, is it said where the tools are made. That almost certainly means China, and even more certainly NOT in USA. If made in the US that fact would have been trumpeted all over the home page, and stickered on every machine picture.
But as John said, all these machines are made based on the same public domain designs with a wrinkle here and a tweak there. The importer generally gets what he specifies and pays, including the closeness of quality control. This can be good or mediocre.
the price isnt really cheap . about the same as delta but not as high as powermatic. they also make a 12" SAW. THEY QUOTED ME 2400.00 FOR THE 10" WITH 50" EXTENSION AND 3600.00 FOR THE 12" WITH 50" RIP AND EXTENSION AS WELL. VIDEO LOOKED AWESOME BUT COULDNT REALLY HAVE GOOD VIEW OF THE INTERNALS THANKS CLAY
That solves your problem. If you can buy a Unisaw for the same price, do it. At least you have a pretty good idea that Delta will be around in 10 years.
