Pitfalls?
How is your mission to educate the public going? I would think there is a segment of the population that would be interested in quality over price, as well as willing to support Artisans, though I fear it is not the general public. The wealthy intellectuals are who I would focus my efforts on.
What are the pitfalls you mention in your post? Other than cost of production I would think they are the same as any small business. I'd like to hear your thoughts, as I consider options for my future.
