I remember seeing a metal table saw insert that had replacable wooden zero-clearence kerf inserts. I can’t seem to find it in any of the catalogs on-line. Any know a source? Any experience with this product?

This is the one I have, precision AL plate with 1/4 x 1-3/4 oak inserts for about $80. Seems wide enough for a dado but I haven't used mine with it yet. Comes with 2 inserts and more are available in 5 packs for about $10. Over time I think this is a much better investment than buying multiple leecrafts or taking the time to make my own.
Woodcrafters carried it but it is no longer available on-line, but perhaps they have some in stores.
Barbo Machinery has them.
