Ineed table saw and the following saws im interested in are all have left tilt 50″ fences and 3 or 5hp, shop fox with shopfoxclassic fence(5hp) 1399.00 delta x5 (5hp) bisemeyer fence 1800.00, pm 2000 (5hp) 2399.00. laguna ts 2700.00, oliver 4040 10-12″ (did not respond)or the jet 10″ 3hp xacta fence with router extension and 1 3/4 router for 1732.00. all prices include tax and shipping or local pickup(laguna and oliver). im a tile contractor and dont know the quality and features of these saws . i mainly rip furring strips,jamb boards and build small vanity cabinets for bathrooms. tired of my 12″ 30yr old rockwell table saw that walks all over garage floor. help! thanks clay smith [ ps is the pm 2000 available yet? heard theyre havin problems with the crank up castors by some of the vendors]

Take a look at the General 650 also. Try Redmond Machinery if you are on the East coast.
I just got a General 50-260 3hp 10" left tilt with the 50" fence for $1100. I love it and from what you say your needs are this is more than enough saw.

The General would be my first choice at this level.
For what you discribe a five horse saw will be overkill. Most commercial cabinet shops have three horse saws. Any of the major brands would suit you. The biggest differences in saws are the fence. A lousy fence will ruin a decent saw. I believe your best bet would be a Biesmeyer or clone/type fence. For the production you discribe, I would go with the best price. Grizzly should be on your list, too. ANY of these saws are heavy enough to not walk, unless your garage has a 45 degree floor and will out last you.
