I noticed this today when cutting the stiles and rails for shaker style doors. It’s a new Freud thin Kerf 24T ftg blade (LU87R010). When cutting the grooves, I noticed the groove is deeper on one side in the front and but then tapers until it is shallower in the back. So if you look at the groove from the front of the workpiece (with the groove at the bottom), the right side of the groove is about 1/8th inch shallower in the front than the left side but it’s reversed on the rear side of the workpiece (as if the blade is moving up or down as the workpiece is fed over the blade). I’ve checked for square and blade alignment and everything looks square and straight. picture below. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It seems like your throat plate isn't level in its recess. Lower the blade and put a long straightedge across the table in line with the blade path and see what it looks like.
