Try WoodCraft this is where I got my copy a few years ago. Rockler would probably have it too.

I just checked under book's and videos here at Taunton, it looks like they still have it.

I got my copy from e-bay.
They might be getting confused by the publishing history. Originally there were three separate Tag Frid books. Later, two of them were combined into one, but the content is exactly the same. However you find it, the books are a treasure. They've been one of my basic references for decades.
