Taunon support not responding to tickets
Am extremely frustrated that I have received zero help from the Taunton online support team.
Having just purchased an online membership I logged a support ticket on 6 September as the membership wasn’t showing up on my account.
On 9th September I received a reply, which did not solve my issue, it just directed me to reset my password. I replied immediately.
Since this date, I have had no reply at all from support and still more than a week later do not have access.
I want to note that Ben has been great and very supportive. He has done what he can to try to get things sorted. Thanks again Ben.
I think the Taunton executive need to take notice of the disruption of these changes and the failure in their support structures. I understand that publishing is a really tough business right now, but this is no way to treat your customers.
