I just wasted some time trying to place an on-line order with the Taunton Store. Worked up the order and the site will not accept my credit card. Called the Store number and was on hold for 10-15 minutes until I got a person. The customer service person said that there must be a problem with the system and was placing the order manually when the line disconnected. Needless to say, I called back and was, again, put into the holding pattern. At that point I gave up. The CS person has my phone number – no call back.
This is the second time I’ve gone through this when ordering from the Store, in the last six months – same card processing issue. I assume that the call was directed to a service center somewhere outside of Connecticut.
You guys have some problems here that need fixing
