Looking for an opportunity and thought that I might be able to teach some basic furniture making in my spare time in the evenings. Say an 8 week session for $500 – very small class with individualized attention 2-4 students. Anyone do this and what kind of liability form do you have the students sign? I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, have the tools, shop and the time, and have been involved in woodworking for about 30 years. Any thoughts?

Contact the woodworker club in santa ana calif. they operate a full time privatly owned club(workshop) for woodworkers that have full time "instructors" and classes all hands onfor woodworkers of various degrees of experiance from classes from 2-5hrs to 3-5 days including open classes where you can purchase block time to make a project. they seem like nice people so look them up in the phone book and give them a call maybe someone else here has their number and can give it to you , i hope this helps you. good luck
*Thanks for the lead -- I'm going to be out there so I may be able to drop by. TKS again
