I need to adjust the cutterheads on my thickness planer – out of level – and recall that there was a note in FWW on this. Does anyone know the volume #? Tx.

For a benchtop machine, you disconnect the linkage between the two drive screws that move the planer's head up and down and then turn the screws independently to get the head parallel to the table. Once the head is parallel, you reconnect the linkage between the screws.
The OWWM site is a great resource for power tool history and repair information, but it is primarily devoted to old cast iron machinery rather than modern tools.

Much appreciated. Thanks.
