I am building Tim Rousseau’s FWW pedestal dining table (absolutely love it) in walnut. I plan to apply water based grain filler (Aqua Coat) with black Transtint or Transfast dye, then sanding, of course. I read it is not suitable for exterior. I guess it will fade? How will it perform long term on a kitchen table getting much indirect sunlight? I have pre-sealed with diluted Seal Coat shellac. I will be finish coating with multiple coats of wipe on polyurethane.
