I ordered aniline dye, in order to tint CAB lacquer. I received articidol dye. Can I tint CAB lacquer articidol dye without any problems?

That is a water soluble dye and would not be compatible with lacquer thinner. Your best bet to have the clarity of a dye would be to use TransTints. They will mix with lacquer thinner which you can then add to the CAB lacquer.
Did any mixing directions come with your dye?

the direction was mix: with water, and then apply any top coat.
