so i’m working on a puppet case for my dad (a very scary chinese puppet) and I have miters in the corners, then a bevel running the length of the side. that bevel is giving me issues. I mitered the corners first, instead of beveling the wood first. came up with a way to fine tune it on my router, then will need to use a jointer to clean it perfectly. Ahhhhh frustrating
there’s no need to reinvent the wrench

Hot glued a 45* beveled board on the router fence, then used featherboards to keep the board being routered tight up to the beveled board, lemmie see if I can find my camera for a pic
there's no need to reinvent the wrench
Welcome to woodworking! I've discovered better ways of doing things after I've done them more times than I care to remember.
