Looking at Mr. Becksvoort’s tool cabinet from issue 153, Tools and Shops, I am curious as to how much of the cabinet is made from a cherry veneer plywood and how much is solid cherry. I am also curious as to what other woods he may have used. Does anyone know? Thanks!

The cabinet and door boxes are joined with dovetails, so it's very likely they are solid wood. The door panel is housed in the door box with no allowance for expansion and contraction, so it's likely plywood. The surface of the cabinet back looks like rotary sliced veneer, so it's likely plywood. Hope this helps.
