Tool Guide included in Unlimited Access?

Is the annual Tool Guide included in the Unlimited subscription? On the site, under special issues, I can only find the 2020 Tool Guide. Customer service said I need to buy it from Woodsmith now. Really?? The “Unlimited membership” page says membership has “complete site access”.

I only see "Tools & Shops" for this year under publications accessible. I don't believe the "Tool Guide", which I believe is separate from Tools and Shops, was ever included with the standard subscription for FWW. I remember having to pay for it in the past. Because it's not included in the normal subscriptions, it would not likely be included in the Unlimited. Don't know for sure. I've never founde it all that useful.
