I have recently purchased the tool box book by Taunton Press. They are masterpiece projects.
I bought the Heirloom plans from Taunton press but it is no comparison with the boxes with sliding tills. There are sketches of plans in the book but I thought I would check to see if any of you had some larger size plans.

I've only seen a little bit of the book but I would guess you could manage a fairly respectable plan based off the sketches in the book. Send me an e-mail if you'd like a hand.
Here's a drawing based on the Jamestown Ship's Box from the book. At this point, a plan could easily be made from the sketch. You could do the same sort of thing.

Dave..
Not to knock your work. I found a page from a book review.
http://books.google.com/books?id=F5RsoAON7ZgC&pg=PA6&lpg=PA6&dq=Jamestown+Ships+Box&source=bl&ots=A1lhZND0Z4&sig=0PbLhl9tWBbGoya3hf1T2qEwy-g&hl=en&ei=tpy3Se7LKYKyNJfakfQP&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=5&ct=result
That's what I was working from. It was just a simple example to show that it is possible to work out what isn't explicitly spelled out in the drawing. From what I drew I could make a dimensioned drawing and even a cutlist if needed. I'd have picked a more complex example but I was working on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time.
The same thing could be done with the Cabinetmaker's Chest shown far along in that link.
That's what I was working from.. I sort of thought so. NOT bashing your post at all! I thought that it would provide a different, not necessarily better, view of what the original poster asked.
Sorry, just me...
No worries. I saw that image on Amazon and thought about copying and posting it as reference. I decided not to risk any copyright infringement problems but I could have posted a link to it. Thank you for doing so.
Dave
copyright infringement problems .. Not sure how there could be. I just copied a link to that already posted as a review. Nobody said it was our idea! Hell, If the Judge gives me life it probably will not be a long prison term anyway!
Not exactly sure what you're after but you might check out the tool chest Chris Gochnour built out of cherry that was published in FWW a few years back..I built the same one out of butternut and it has served me well for the past couple of years...it has several tills that slide and can be removed...I love that book and peruse it frequently...the variety of tool boxes and the inventiveness of their makers is inspiring.
