I am planning on adding a transom above the pantry door in our kitchen. The window will need to freely rotate to allow for air flow adjustment. I have included an image for reference. I am looking for hardware that can be installed on the window frame that will allow for rotation along the horizontal axis. The image appears to have black pins on either side of the frame. Is anyone familiar with this type of hardware?

Sorry, don't have direct experience, but a quick Google search turned up a few things, including this: https://www.oldhouseonline.com/repairs-and-how-to/how-transom-windows-work
