I’ve tried sending a couple email messages and left phone messages, with no response. Anyone have any experience contacting the company? In my neighborhood, “all natural finishes” may appeal to some. Thanks.

hi don,
haven't an inkling as to their where-abouts. sure do like the product, pleasant smell, lovely consistency and keeps a good long while.
sorry for not answering, nor knowing how to answer you query, i was getting kind of co-dependent that no one was responding.
have a nice day,
eef
Don, if the company works as quickly as the product dries it will be a while before they get back to you. You could try calling until someone answers, I have spoken with them in the past though mostly to complain about the drying time of the oil.
If the product is not drying put one teaspoon of Japan drier per pint of oil and reapply the product very thin and buff very well.
Hey Marsupial I have used Tried & True oil varnish and like the end results. I keep hearing to apply it then but the product is as think as honey even if I heat it up in a double boiler. I have been brushing it on letting it sit for an hour then wiping it off, getting as much of the product off as possible. I do this two or three times. Is this the best approach with this product?ThanksTroy
Warming it is helpful. Applying it very sparingly even more so.
Thanks it is interesting stuff.Troy
