HELP! I am building a wall kitchen cabinet with a front to be closed by three plexigas doors, each covering 1/3rd .. I have a similar set-up on my boat which makes everything so much more accessible than the conventional two running doors. To do this I need a triple track. So far in the catalogs of major hardware suppliers and on the web I have been unable to locate a triple track. Any help is greatly appreciated.
My best to all

John , Is there a reason you can't make a triple bi pass set of tracks out of wood ?

As olddusty points out, make your own. To make tracks for my three 3/4 thick cabinet doors, I just dadoed a 2 1/2" wide piece of wood with two grooves 13/16 wide and 1/8 in between. Middle door goes in one groove, other two in the other. If you need three tracks for some reason, just add another dado. I imagine the plexiglass is only 1/4, so the piece with the dadoes probably only needs to be 1 1/8" wide or so. I also put some of the Ultra high molecular weight tape ( from LV) in the groove, so the doors slide without much friction.

Thank you for your help. I believe I will follow your advice and do my own track in wood. The reason I prefer three doors instead of two is the easy accesibility of items in the middle. As I mentioned, we have this set-up in our sail boat and we find it very convenient.
Thanks again

Just remember that you don't need three tracks for three doors. Two will do. Send a boat picture. It'll warm me up while i wait for the big storm tomorrow.
