I am contemplating purchasing another router for permamnet mounting in my router table specifclaly the triton as I read it is very easy to work from above the table.
Has anyone purhased and used this router.

spitfire,
I bought and installed it in my 'Norm' style router table about 6 weeks ago. As you're probably aware, you do need to be able to access the router to make the adjustments; macro and micro height adjustment, locking to remove the bit. I have not decided where to attach the dust collection, the router has its own setup as does my router table..I'll experiment. If you have any questions I'll try to answer.
Thank you BG for yoru comments.
First thing is make sure you get the new 2HP not the original 3HP model. The older style does not have the crank for adjusting the router from above the table. I have used mine for about two months and I like it very well. I have it in a Jessem table top and plate, but you do have to drill the hole for the crank in your plate. No big deal, but you don't want to be off by too much so measure well. I think this router will put the companies that make router lifts in a big hurt. I bought the top and Mast-R-Plate from Tool Corral.com and the plate has holes that will fit the Triton pre-drilled. The open top design allows easy dust pickup and the spindle locks automatically when you crank it all the way up. When you start to crank it down the locking pin retracts and you are ready to work. It is very smooth and quiet for an open base table setup. I mounted locking casters to the legs and it makes it very easy to move around my shop and stable when locked down.

Thank you Terry for yoru comments. So I can purchase a router plate that already has the hole for the triton crank. cool!
thanks
You must not have read all of my post. I said the Jessem plate has holes to mount the router with the base off. You have to drill the crank hole.

Yes, my error. Thanks
The Triton is a fine router. But If you plan on using larger bits, panel raisers, stile/rail, molding bits. Get the 3HP
Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!
