I'm not familiar with the Trojan, but have you checked out the aftermarket tires that you can get at Woodcraft or Rockler or any number of other places? 14" is a common size.
There's a parts site 2daydeliver.com that might have them. I did some brief searches and they seem to have some bandsaw tires. Hopefully they'll have yours.
Does the Trojan look a lot like the Harbor Freight bandsaw in the attached picture?
If so then it's a generic 14" bandsaw and you should be able to get parts easily from many sources. If your tires are 1 inch wide, you can even get nice urethane replacements on Amazon.
The guide assemblies are sometimes found on Ebay for cheap. You could also take your broken part to a Harbor Freight store and compare it to the display model. If it's the same, you can order from them.
The Trojan looks like a lot of 14" cast iron bandsaw clones. Urethane tires from most suppliers should do you fine. The guide holder may be a little tougher. Can you post a clear picture of what it was or where it attaches? We may be able to help.
