I’ve been looking for where I can change my password. I can’t seem to find it. Looked in Account Settings but nothing there. I have a temporary password which will run out in 3 days. It took me that long to finally contact someone at Taunton Press because the upgrade locked me out. I don’t wish to do that one again.

Apparently, there has been a transition relating to an aspect of administration of the site or the customer portal. I called the customer support number and connected quickly. I got a temp password and was on my way.
Thank you, I'm the same. 3 day temp password but if I don't change my password before then I'm back in the same boat.

Found It!!!!! In Maim Menu at the bottom on the left there's a customer support link. I was able to change it through that. How fun!

You can actually change your password by clicking on Forgot Password on the login screen. A temp link will be sent to your email and you can change it right then. I did it last night. No issues. No call to Customer Service.
