tung oil buffing device

I recently saw a review (possibly an ad) for a device to buff a tung oil finish–but now can’t remember where I saw it. The device was numerous strips of rouge cloth, I think, attached to disc and designed to be powered by an electric drill. Can you help me locate this product? Thanks.

Try Garrett Wade, Constantine's, and Japan Woodworker. Your automotive paint/parts store might have them too.
