Here’s the collection of turning tools (scrapers, gouges, parting tool etc) from the two chests I’m emptying out.
Probably cost too much to post to the US, but they’re no use to me.

Malcolm, just wondering why you have no use of such a good looking collection? I would be interested in those flat chisels. Thanks Rick
I don't turn, Rick! Don't own a lathe. Have no use for turning tools!http://www.macpherson.co.nz
Malcolm, guess I got up too early, thought I was looking at some chisels..sorry ..I don't do turning either. Later Rick
Virtually all tools are worth something. I would suggest you sell these on eBay--postage by UPS or USPS parcel post won't be too much for some turner or (horrors) old tool collector.
If not, I'll pay you postage for free tools!

I agree. I'll probably clean them up and look for a more local buyer!
Don't think I'll give these away - they have a use, pretty much as is, and they're excellent quality. I think the handles have been made by the original owner - big chunky pieces of hardwood.

Gee, darn. I was hoping you just "wanted to get rid of them."
I still suggest eBay. If you haven't used this site before, it isn't hard to join (free) and set up a sale. I've done some sales on eBay that I was really glad I didn't go the garage sale route. Like the old trombone I had and was going to sell for $25, but got over $750 on eBay...Recommending the use of "Hide Signatures" option under "My Preferences" since 2005
