Turning would you have thought of these
My name is Charlie – and I’m a Turnaholic. If it can be turned
on a JET mini /midi – I’ll try it. And I’m always open to ideas
of things to turn- and find inspiration in the most unlikely
places -in this case at an Indian Fast Foor Restaraunt.
These things are fun to make, don’t use much wood and can
be done pretty quickly – which is why I’ve done more than
dozen of them in a half day – including finishing – on the lathe.
If you like to turn “small” and want some practice with a 1/2″
skew – try some of these.

NO – they’re not “hearing protection.

Hey Chuck,
Great idea! You could probably make a good bit of cash with an idea like that.
Now, if you could find something as popular as those "tramp stamp" tattoos that all the young girls are getting right over their rump these days...

Now the question is "if they are found at a piercing studio, what are they used for there?"
Fire up a CNC lathe, churn out a few thousand to start, and get marketing....
Never in a lifetime would I thought of them, till last week. I went in to pay for my gasoline and there was a "Dude" with quarter sized "plugs"
Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!
