I want to mount deer horns & be able to hang clothing from the rack. what kind of glue would be strong enough to hold?

Epoxy
Thanks for your quick response.
I believe that epoxy will give you the strongest bond, but I would rely as much or more on mechanical stability for strength by anchoring 1" or better of the base of the horn within the wood support.
The kids will surely hand up their coats now!

Thanks for your input. This will be my first attempt to mount deer horns. It is an idea I would not have thought of.
I did something similar with moose horns. I drilled the base of the horn and dowelled to the mounting piece. I think I used regular wood glue. Still works.
