Ulmia Bench Back joint separating?

Does anyone have an ulmia cabinetmakers bench where the back joint at the tool tray is slightly separating? I tried to adjust the breadboard endcaps to adjust for this but Ulmia -in there infinite wisdom-glued the end caps to the main top. So, I’m actually considering taking it back to woodcraft because they said they would give my money back.

Woodcraft will have to refund your money as Ulmia is in bankruptcy. That is why Woodcraft no longer carries their benches.
