Hello,
First time posting, so hopefully I can get some help. I have installed 3 or 4 underneath mount slides and they have all worked perfectly. But this last one I am having issues with and I am hoping I’m just over looking something. It is a decent size drawer so maybe that has something to do with it, 23” W x 21″ L x 12″ high. Drawer and box are all squared and measurements seem fine from front to back with the tracks. I can open the drawer about 3”-4″ and push it back and the soft-close feature works fine, I can take the drawer completely off and do the same thing fully extended and works fine. But when I have the drawer on and pull it out then try to close it, it’s like it doesn’t want to engage the soft close anymore. They are Blum under mount slides and I have fiddled with all the adjustments with no luck. If it didn’t work at all, then I would have a better idea of what it is, but it only happens when I fully extend them with the drawer installed. Any help would be awesome thanks!!

Blum"s customer service department has been helpful to me when I was on the wrong side of the learning curve, consider giving them a call.
I have used those slides before, and I seem to recall that there is an accessory they sell for wide drawers to help with racking. I suspect that may be your issue considering it only happens when the drawer is extended. The accessory is like a torsion bar in a car and it connects the left and right slides to keep them aligned. Info is available on the Blum website.
Some pictures would help.
I don't have any in front of me but seem to recall there is a small pin that must be engaged to get the self-closing mechanism to engage.
