My 12 year old Unisaw has a run-out of approx. .008 as a result of jamming – and bending 2 teeth – while ripping 8/4 hard maple.
Not sure where to start although I assume the arbor should be replaced. Any thots on this and other points – or directions to a website would be appreciated.
Thanks. Jess.

I had a bearing go out on my Unisaw a while back. I was able to get the part from Delta. It's been a while and I don't remember who I contacted but I'm sure they have a web site were they can give you a parts department number. Once I got the part it went on pretty easily as I rember.

Joe. If you need a bearing, you can buy from most any local machine supply co. If it is another part try the Saw Center in Mass.Do a Google for the address. Work safely ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬PAT¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬Thank you,Mr.Croney, where ever you may be.

Jessex ,
How and where did you measure the run out ? It almost sounded like you had a blade that is out creating the run out . Could the flange be the culprit ?
good luck dusty
The arbor flang is pressed onto the arbor and can be wacked out of shape. If that's the problem, remove the arbor and have a machine shop coller it and grind the face of the flang. Replace the bearings with sealed #203 abec3. I don't think your bearings have the extended inner race so the spacers are OK. Make sure the Belville washer is not compressed and installed correctly. The arbor can be removed and installed without removing the top.
Have FUN!

Thanks for the suggestions and directions. Much appreciated.
