I can't either. I just get no response when I click on the attach files button. I've had some correspondence with the webmaster, but no fix as yet. I even tried setting security and privacy settings to min. and disabling Norton and still no luck. What's weird is that I used to be able to on this same computer setup. I can attach files if I log on from work so it must not be this site.

The more things change ...
We trained hard, but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up into teams, we would be reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing; and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.

I have tried it from work and also from home, using Firefox and Internet Exploder both. Neither option works on either computer. :-(

I'm not a computer expert, but one thought is to wonder at the size of the file you want to upload. I believe the system will only work with files up to a certain size. Additionally, the larger the file (within the permitted size) the longer it takes to upload. So, what some of you might be experiencing might be just a long delay in finishing the upload rather than it not working at all. Also, the speed of your processor and the amount of internal memory available for the processor affect this process.
Don't know what to make of the error message you received though. That's obviously not indicating that a file is taking too long to upload. What is the error message exactly?
Lastly, do you have a firewall in place? If so, is Taunton or Knots (or Breaktime) authorized to communicate over the internet? That might be blocking you as well. You can either turn the whole thing off (not good, because you usually forget to turn it back on), or go into the program and set permission for those sites to operate.
And did you ask Sysop for help regarding the particular error message you received? Not just the general problem, but the specific error message?
Griff
Mikey,
What is the specific error messages that you are getting? Can you copy and paste them either here or in an email to me? [email protected] that should provide me with some insight as to why this is happening. I have been struggling with the same issue with John, hopefully we will have better luck resolving yours.
Let me know. - Mark

It healed itself. I did disable Popup Window and Ad Blocking in my firewall (Zone Alarm Pro) for prospero.com, but I don't know if that was what ithe problem was or not.Michael BurtonThunderbird HardwoodsKD MesquiteLlano, TX
