Hello,
I’m looking to start my woodworking shop, to meet the budget we need to start with used machinery. Since I’m a newbie in business looking for an advice where to look for used professional equipment such as CNC, edgebanders etc.
Also is there any other that loopnet website to search for a rental space?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you are in a hurry, your only choice is to find used equipment sales companies (probably via the internet.) The positive here is that the machines will have been at least checked over for functionality, if not reconditioned. The negative is that you won't find any screaming bargains; the companies know the worth of what they have. And you will be paying them for finding, buying, and moving the machines.
If you are not in a hurry, auctions (and possibly CraigsList) are better choices. There are auction companies that specialize in selling off factory/industrial close-outs. Find them and get on their mailing lists. Depending on who shows up for the auctions, you can get real bargains or go home empty-handed. To be successful at auctions, you need to be able to exercise significant self control, or you will over spend. A good auctioneer will try to manipulate you into getting excited/attached to winning. You will only get consistent bargains if you are willing to let others get bargains as well.
And lastly, you better know the machinery you are looking for, so you can evaluate it yourself, both as to condition, and as to whether it serves your particular needs. Also so you can repair/recondition it yourself as needed.
I have had good luck w/ buying used machines on this site:
https://woodweb.com/cgi-bin/exchanges/machinery.cgi
Does require patience however... 1 piece at a time, but boy you can get some awesome tools at great prices.
Irsauctions, and woodweb are my go to most of the time for used equipment. You can find great deals at auctions from time to time, but can also make mistakes if you don’t know a lot about what you are looking for and how to fix things out of warranty. Good luck
I'm on the other side of the equation, I closed up my business in the summer.
I'm selling a Camaster CNC and an 80 watt laser, it's production level equipment and with craigslist I've only gotten hobbyists, though I only listed a couple weeks ago. Camaster has a user forum and folks list their used machines for sale frequently. IDK if lumberjocks forum is still around, maybe another option.
I'm in the Seattle area if you're interested, happy to give you a test drive.
I have done well at local auctions. A 26" cast iron Rockwell scroll saw (With it's own oil tank!) for $85. A miter trimmer with a second set of new blades for $35, and two old #3 hand planes (that work great) for $75, one a Bailey 1864 patent date, the other a Stanley bedrock, and 18 BD ft of nice redwood for $35. But like mentioned above, set a price and do not get carried away. Any suggestions for the redwood would be appreciated.
