There's a classified section in Knots. Breaktime probably has one as well, but a radial arm saw is of limited interest to those folks. You'll have the best luck with woodworking forums like Knots and also woodworking.com, and of course there's always Ebay. But since shipping such a big item might be cost- and logistically prohibitive for you and the buyer, then you'll probably want to concentrate on your local area. For that, you can use Craig's list if that is available in your area, or perhaps a local print publication like Pennysavers or the daily newspaper might have an online section.
Elba,
Where are you located?
chicago area.
To elba, If you look into E-Bay, my wife has made a good amount of money selling items on it. It is somewhat easy to get started and familiar with the site but is a great asset when selling tools and such.
P.S. Be aware of the weight and size of the product, take some time checking with the post office and or ups etc. it can be decieving on the shipping costs. Search the sight first for typical or comparable products and see what they are selling for, for a few days before setting your price on E-Bay.
