I saw some wood veneer cylinders a few years ago in one of the catalogs. They came in several diameters, and various hardwood outer veneers.
I thought one would be perfect for a kaleidoscope, but can’t remember who was selling them.
Can anyone give me a lead?

Jigs,
It was woodcraft. They even sold all of the fixins for kaleidoscopes, but I haven't seen them listed in the catalogs in years. I don't see them at the local woodcraft store anymore either.

jigs, I did see some cylinders one time at Groff & Groff lumber in Quarryville PA. Google them and maybe they may have what you looking for.

Lou, I sent them an email this morning.
Thanks.
Alpine Plywood sells the cylinders and you can overlay whatever you want. They come in all kinds of shapes and the manufacturer's name should be listed. If you have a major laminate distributor near you, they may sell them, too.
