Wondering if anyone else is having this issue:
When I attempt to play a video on the FWW site, I get a video player “unknown error, try again later.”
This happens most of the time when I select a video on the site, and 100% of the time when I try to click on a link from the daily emails from FWW.
Using iPad Air and Safari, logged into the site and my account is active and paid up, etc.
(I know I can use a different browser, but safari is default for Apple iOS and you can’t choose a different default browser.)

I have a similar set up and get this same message occasionally. I refresh the page and usually the problem goes away.
Send an email TburyWW. I've never heard of that happening like that before. Especially traffic from emails.

None of the videos work for me either. Using same browser on ipad.
I'm on my two week trial and so far I'm enjoying what I find but finding it is an uphill battle. Half of the old editions aren't available to view either, when looking at old archives.
Such a shame the quality of website doesn't match the quality of editorial content.
I'm not near my iPad so I cannot check if this might be the problem but if Safari settings has Javascript disabled, videos will not playback. I often disable Javascript to stop annoying popups on my iPad, but many sites I use regularly will not function properly if it is not active.
Thanks for the suggestion but I've just checked and JavaScript is enabled in Safari on my iPad,
What iOS are you running?
Never had any problem on my iPad with FWW.
I was running 12.4.5, and just updated to 12.4.6.
Java Script is enabled, pop blockers turned off, cookie tracking allowed, etc. I’m just wondering if this is a common issue.
Sorry for late reply. Just upgraded my ipad to 12.4.6 which is the latest mine will take and all now appears to be working OK.
One thing I have noticed on this website during my trial is that resources are far from consistent on the website. An online magazine will not load from one area but will load from another. I was about to give up on the trial until BenStrano pointed out the magazine archive area that does allow access.
For those that have a problem, maybe look for a different place on the site to access them from.
