   Yes, Norm talked about it yesterday.

   I've never heard of Vinegar paint much less used it. But, I do remember how he said it's made. It's just water-soluble pigment (powdered Tempura?) and Vinegar. He didn't say anything about what kind of ratio to use. So, I'd say it's not terribly important. I imagine a safe way to approach it would be to mix up a small amount and play around with it, adjusting either the pigment or the Vinegar until you're happy with it.
