The trigger switch just went out on my Wards radial arm saw. The saw is 43 years old and I am the original purchaser.
I do not want to buy a new saw at this point in my life as all I need is the trigger switch. I took the switch apart and cleaned it, but no luck.
The saw is model number TPC-2610C, and the switch is shown as part number 18-00205.
If no switch is out there are there any ideas on some type of safe rigged method of still using the saw? Maybe someone has an old saw for sale as parts near NW Illinois.

Trigger switch
I found a picture of your saw and how the trigger switch is mounted on your saw. I believe you are going to have one tough time finding a replacement for it.
If it were mine. I would rewire it to a remote switch mounted to the bottom of the table or cabinet where it can be easily reached with your left hand. That is where I mounter the switch for my 1947 DeWalt GP radial arm.
