Has anyone had sucess removing a water stain in red oak? I have a project that was in process when it got wet from a leaky pipe. It made some really black stain lines.

ovrtime,
oxcilic acid works easily most hardware stores have it, some wood working stores..
Oxalic acid, sometimes sold as deck brightner, should be able to find it at any hardware store. If you do a search for it on this forum I would think you would find a wad of info about it.
