I am finishing up a cherry desk. I’ve applied a couple coats of the Waterlox sealant with OOOO steel wool in between each.

i plan to now apply one more coat this time of the Waterlox gloss and then use abralon 500 through 4000..

my question is should I use some sort of lubricant when using the abralon grits ?

ive let 24 hrs lapse between each coat to date …

what are folks experiencing?

as more background this would be sanded using a festool 150/3 so I can slow it all the way down..
