My understanding is that Waterlox sealer can go bad over time. Does anyone know how to tell if the sealer is bad? Thanks

It will coagulate after exposure to air. Opening and closing the can over time will allow enough oxygen in to cause this. You will see solids suspended in the liquid. If no masses in the liquid then it is still usable.
Using bloxygen after use will keep this from happening for a long time.

Great…thanks. No solids so I will use.
With any finish you aren't sure about spread a little on a non porous surface and see if it hardens.
I have used stop-loss-bags for years to store tung oil and waterlox.Great product.
Great product. Thanks for recommendation!
I use Bloxygen and it works well. https://www.amazon.com/Bloxygen-Preserver-Portable-Preservation-Chemicals/dp/B01N4IL6T3/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=bloxygen&qid=1627650907&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&smid=A4GSBIK73VBP9&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzVDZSQUlVTzI2UVJVJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDUzMDM2MkhINlVPRVBUNEJBViZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwOTk4NTE3MkpTRURCOVIyVEhFUyZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
