After re-adjusting the bed on my piece of crap Delta 18″ drum sander for the billionth time i know this thing goes out dancing at night. I know its a toy and I try and treat it like one. But I have cranked the screws tight till they almost strip. And has anyone ever got the feed belt tight on one of these. Chinese Crap! Can’t wait till I can afford a real widebelt

You bought the Chinese crap, therefore you advocate the building of Chinese crap.
I have mine adjusted correct.
I would suggest that your belts are now too tight. You may have stretched the belt so that it will never work.
Oh, good, it's not just me that has that problem. I have tightened the screws until the little DC motor bogged down, and still the feed belt won't track properly - keeps drifting to the outside. The height-adjustment bolts are now worn about 3/4 of the way through (from the belt rubbing on them) and I'm not sure what I will do when they go.
I guess it's Chinese crap, but it's not *cheap* Chinese crap. For the price, it ought to work better. I expected it to be underpowered and slow, I didn't expect that the feed belt wouldn't track.

I don't think I want to know. But, as long as I keep finding more clamps, you can bet I'm not going to ask...
