What does everyone think about this tablesaw?

I am a begginer carpenter and am looking for a table saw, please let me know what your thoughts are on this saw? Also, what do you think about the price?
Its a Powermatic 66 10″ 3 HP 1 Phase 230V Table Saw. 9 years old. According to the owner it hasnt had that much use. Purchased off Amazon and according to the owner its in perfect condition, hes moving to a smaller house and won’t have the space.
It includes the extension table (which looks like its 50″ but I am not sure) and has a slot for a router, extra
blade,dado kit, splitter.
Asking price is $1200.
I am going to go see it soon, but want to figure out how much I should offer him.

A "Lifetime" saw. If properly
A "Lifetime" saw. If properly cared for that saw will still be working fine after we are a dead and gone. The 66 is a classic. Looks like it has the Beismeyer fence also which is a plus. Hope you get it. It would be my first choice in a table saw.
