What is the problem with FWW accounting!!!!
It is impossible for someone outside the USA to subscribe to FWW magazine via the website. Australia, in particular does not exist. I cannot get into my “account” to alter personal details, and this indicates I live in the USA and have no subscriptions. Yet I am paid up on magazines for 2 years and on-line for 1 year. But this only exists in my bank account receipts. I am not recognised on-line when connecting to FWW. The only reason I have received the last two magazines is that I have contributions in them, and received complimentary copies.
I renewed my on-line subscription two weeks ago, and this was only possible as I telephoned subscription (which is not easy owing to very different time lines). It appears that my payment went through, but someone forgot to let the website know this. I have emailed the consultant twice now, without reply.
I am hoping that someone in management will read this and do something about this situation. This is not the first time this situation has occurred for me (and others).

Yeah this is one of the most requested feature from the community but not sure when will the idea be implemented.
I have exactly the same problem and I have mailed FWW four times without any response! This is not the standard that I expect from the world's premier woodworking publication at all! I am based in South Africa and have subscribed for over 30 years!
Below is a screen shot of the block I have on viewing on-line material in spite of having of paid the subscription.
Then the battle begins to contact CS and check my subscription on-line. This is what I (and I assume others) face ...
Another screen shot - Using an old link (to CS), it is possible to call up a portal to my account. All that is needed is to use my account number (which I no longer have), and so I enter my email address and zip code (which is how I have always linked before). This does not work, and the following message comes up ...

Sounds like the same trouble I had including the screen shots. The only cure was a call to CS, I’m in the states, issued was resolved within minutes although I did not receive a couple of paper issues.
I have the same issue in the Uk
YUP. Looks like I’m having the same issue here in New Zealand. What a headache.
