Those are stacking panel clamps. Rather expensive, limited in capacity, screws subject to glue drips, difficult to use with cauls to keep pieces aligned, can twist without the rails top and bottom when you tighten up, requires a drill driver or socket wrench, difficult to add another clamp if needed in the middle because of the tracks.

I product development tested one of those beasts ! I gave it a thumbs down, more trouble than it's worth. I'll stick with my Jorgie cabinet masters.
Thanks for the heads up, I am not going to invest in this product.
