I just ran into this monster yesterday. I have no idea why it decided what I was posting was spam. I’ve been here over a year and have NEVER posted spam but obviously this thing doesn’t take that into consideration.
Members are leaving in droves. This thing will drive even more away, myself included.

The so-called spam filter
Its behavior appears to be completely random, and is the subject of numerous threads.
The work-around is to contact Gina Eide (user name geide) and ask to get on the filter-bypass list. (Searh for her in the Members section, bring up her profile, and click on the "send message" link.)
can't send a message either!
I tried to send Gina a message and it said I was a new member and wasn't allowed to do that! I'm not a new member. Any ideas how to get through to Gina. I never heard of anything like this. Ever.
Different ID?
Your "hmb" ID comes up as being 14 hours old as I'm typing this. That seems pretty new to me. ;-)
So, I'd guess that your previous membership was under a different name, or the database dropped your record altogether.
As I understand, Gina is no longer with Taunton. Users LisaMorgan or epirnik are the contact points now.

I guess that's why Gina never responded to my request. She's still on the members list though, just hasn't been active for a while.
Chuckle
Yep, I suspect that if she was terminated, Gina's motivation for logging into her Knots account has been substantially diminished. ;-)
