I think that's a generic 18 inch bandsaw from Taiwan. It was rebadged and sold in the late 1980's by a few different companies.
Here is a 9 year old post where folks say they've seen it sold under the brand name MARSON, ELEPHANT, RELIANT and GRIZZLY. I will add that I think it was sold by ENCO also. https://www.lumberjocks.com/topics/54882
Here is a link to the Grizzly bandsaw - long since discontinued. It had the motor mounted under the saw instead of along side but otherwise appears to be the same saw.
