Can you add a link to the video? It would make it easier to look and might get you more answers.
Ok, that video wasn't too hard to find, it's a Festool CMS router table and fence. Don't know if the fence can be had separately, or how easily it would adapt to a non-Festool router table.
I don't know about the fence in the video, but all the better commercial fences can be used for jointing and have individually adjustable fence sides. Woodpecker and JessEm are 2 brands you can't go wrong with, both make excellent fences.
