I believe these are mahogany planks, finely sanded, stained dark walnut, and HVLP lacquer finished.

Probably veneered panels.
I vote no for mahogany, even stained brown it usually has a little red showing through. Looks like black walnut.
Which finish would give this look?
Grain's all wrong for mahogany. Could be milk paint but I'm with MJ, veneered panels.

To me, they are panels veneered of anything from poplar to bookimbe, but sprayed with stain and a topcoat to make for consistent color and surface. If they were called "mahogany" in the sales pitch it is because that was the name of the color on the can.
