What’s preferred way to make straight rips on long and narrow boards?
What’s your perferred way to make straight rip on 8ft+ narrow boards, as thin as 2-3 inches?
What about making joints like rabbet, dado, grooves, tongue, etc?
I’m trying to figure the best way to make the cuts for the interior column I’m building. I’ll post pictures of the progress if you’re interested.
I have a Ridgid R4512 13 amp 10 in. table saw in case you’re wondering what I’m going to use.
Thanks.

Check out the L fence in FWW Tools and Shops Winter 2014.
You could attach it to a wider/longer piece of plywood/mdf .
